We all know there are a million indie bands out there. Some do the genre's hype justice and some just sound like every other band thats ever been popular. Foals "Total Life Forever" is one of those album's you find in the sea of indie music. The album start off perfectly with not one but 4 excellent top notch songs "blue blood","Miami","total life forever", and my favorite track "black gold". Then we slow things down a bit with the epic, airy track "spanish sahara". Then kicks in a bit of a fun track "This orient". Probably my least favorite track on the album. "after glow" is next and it has a slow start but once it gets going its quite a great song.Then the album starts to simmer down a bit but in a beautiful way with "Alabaster","2trees" and another one of my favorite tracks "what remains" which really ends the album perfectly. This album is really worth the money despite what a couple people have said on here.
