Wow. I wish I'd read this book when I was in high school, rather than after more than 15 years in the workforce. Though it's never too late for self-examination, this book would have been immensely beneficial in helping me identify not only my goals in life, but my passions. While I've always considered myself successful professionally, I've often wondered if I'm doing what I'm supposed to be. Well, this book is definitely helpful in identifying your sweet spot, and I couldn't be happier with the personal results from reading this book. As always, Max Lucado delivers.I'm now referring this book to all my friends who have high school and college aged kids. They can't go wrong. As a followup to this, the Marcus Buckingham book "Now, Discover Your Strengths" is a great business-focused read that also works to define personal and professional strentghs, and where you may be most successful. I actually found this pairing to be very effective; one approaching the topic from a religious perspective, the other from a business perspective.
