This documentary took me by surprise, yes, like many my age group grew up listening to Queen and enjoyed Flash Gordon as a kid. I LOVE THIS DOCUMENTARY!!! it's a glimpse of Hollywood and how it can be very cruel to people. Sam is endearing in this doc, he's very honest about his mistakes in his life and having met him at one of the comic-con shows, the guy looks you in the eye, firm handshake and he's real down to earth! A real treat meeting him in person!The documentary is worth it just for the Brian May bit where he plays the 'flash' theme on piano. As a Queen fan, it's a must see! Sam's story is heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time, highly recommend this documentary!
