I was reluctant to purchase an expensive smart ring, especially if there was a monthly subscription. But, i really wanted to monitor my sleep and other health dimensions without the need to wear a watch. This ring was $100 off and the majority of the reviews were great so why not? I could not be happier! The ring arrived in two days. App downloaded quickly and the ring connected in an instant. Data summaries are pretty accurate and the App interfaces with the Apple Health App. The ring is light and you don’t even know it is there. I am so pleased with it that i bought two more for other members of my family. Remember to buy a full size up from your standard ring size because the smart ring is smaller. This ring seems just as good as the Oura and Ringconn but without the high price tag or monthly fees. Still evaluating battery life but the discharge rate can be tracked in the App and seems to be on track for between 5-7 days.
